Senior Account Manager (Third-Party Vendor Enablement Coordinator)

Role Overview

This role is responsible for coordinating supplier enablement campaigns, managing vendor relationships, optimizing supplier matching and onboarding processes, and identifying opportunities to increase supplier participation and payment volume through strategic third-party partnerships.

What You Will Do

The position works closely with Commercial Card Clients, Account Managers, Client Solution Officers, retention specialists, suppliers, and external enablement partners to drive program growth and maximize value for customers and suppliers.

Requirements

• Experience in commercial card, treasury management, accounts payable automation, supplier enablement, vendor management, or payment solutions
• Knowledge of supplier enablement programs, virtual card solutions, and third-party payment networks
• Strong project coordination and relationship management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously
• Experience analyzing campaign performance, supplier data, and operational metrics
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, reporting tools, and CRM platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes
