Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator

Role Overview

As a Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator, you’ll help bring the iRoofing brand to life across digital channels, creating engaging content, managing social communities, and planning paid advertising campaigns.

What You Will Do

You’ll develop and manage iRoofing’s social media content calendar, create engaging content, appear on camera, and help create short-form video content. You’ll also help plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, paid media, communications
• Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills in English language
• Hands-on experience managing multiple social media platforms
• Comfortable and confident appearing on camera and representing a brand in social media content
• Experience creating short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
• Experience with or strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Understanding of digital advertising fundamentals including audiences, targeting, and campaign optimization
• Comfortable working with marketing analytics and using data to make decisions
• Creative eye and a strong understanding of what makes digital content engaging
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
• Comfortable learning new technology, software, and marketing tools
• Proactive, curious, and willing to test new ideas
• Experience working with global and/or US based business teams
