Role Overview
The Data Analyst is embedded within PAA’s operations organization to bring analytical rigor to how clients are performing on the AnnaTM platform and what’s driving trends. The role spans macro and micro, building performance views, unpacking trends, and surfacing network expansion opportunities.
What You Will Do
The Data Analyst will analyze client performance, build reporting views, surface leading indicators, and support Quarterly Business Review and executive review cycles with reliable analytics.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on data analyst experience
- Strong background/experience with SQL
- Working proficiency in Python or R for analysis
- Data visualization capability in Tableau, Power BI, or comparable
- Solid grasp of analytical fundamentals
- Ability to translate messy operational questions into clean analytical problems
