Role Overview
As a Growth Coordinator at Powerdot, you will help improve customer acquisition, activation, and retention across our customer-facing channels. You will design, launch, and analyze growth experiments at a fast pace, with a strong focus on data-informed decisions.
What You Will Do
Design and manage experiments, analyze funnel and behavioral data, build dashboards and visualizations, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations to execute growth initiatives.

Requirements
- BI proficiency
- experience with Metabase or a similar tool
- strong analytical mindset
- hands-on experience with configuring tools and setting up campaigns
- ability to communicate clearly in writing
- ownership from idea to analysis and flag and fix problems when they appear
- curiosity, methodical approach, and motivation to learn new tools and frameworks
