Role Overview
The Associate Sales Operations Analyst is an entry-level role on our Planning, Performance & Productivity team, helping keep PowerSchool’s sales data clean and accurate. The role involves working across Salesforce, Power BI, Excel, and UltiPro/UKG, and learning the business from the inside. The work has a real ripple effect, supporting PowerSchool’s service to educators and students across the country.
What You Will Do
Produce weekly leaderboards, run Salesforce data audits, coordinate account ownership changes, maintain Salesforce reports, and prepare data-load tickets.

Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in Sales Operations, data administration, CRM administration, or a related analytical role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or equivalent years of relevant work experience
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and working with large data sets
- Familiarity with Salesforce (Lightning preferred) or a similar CRM, or eagerness to ramp quickly
- High attention to detail and a methodical, audit-minded approach
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities on tight deadlines
- Clear, proactive communicator who keeps cross-functional partners in the loop
