Senior Sales Manager – Powder

Role Overview

The Senior Sales Manager – Powder will lead new business development initiatives for powder coatings in the General Finishing (GF) and Home Appliance segments. The role requires sustaining and expanding the current wood coatings business portfolio, delivering sales revenue of USD 2 million in 2026 and USD 3 million in 2027. The Senior Sales Manager will build strong customer relationships and accomplish growth strategies to strengthen market presence and long-term profitability.

What You Will Do

The Senior Sales Manager will develop strategic plans, identify new business opportunities, manage key customer relationships, and lead commercial activities to strengthen our position as a preferred powder coatings suppliers in the market. Key responsibilities include business development & market expansion, key account management, sales performance management, project & opportunity management, and cross-functional collaboration.

The candidate should have at least 6-8 years of sales experience in Powder Coatings, Industrial Coatings, Paints, Chemicals or related industries, and at least 5 years of experience in sales leadership, business development, or key account management roles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 6 – 8 years of sales experience in Powder Coatings, Industrial Coatings, Paints, Chemicals or related industries
• At least 5 years of experience in sales leadership, business development or key account management roles
• Track record in market development, customer acquisition and revenue growth
