Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Operations Specialist, located in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The Sales Operations Specialist will support the sales team by managing sales processes, analyzing data, facilitating communication between departments, and assisting in developing strategies to optimize sales operations. This individual will also handle customer service interactions, address client inquiries, and ensure smooth operational workflows within the sales department. Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills are crucial in this role, as well as a proactive approach to identifying process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Analytical Skills to track, interpret, and improve sales processes and performance
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Experience in delivering excellent Customer Service and addressing client inquiries proactively
• Knowledge of Sales and Sales Operations principles and practices, with a focus on efficiency and strategy development
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to dynamic business needs
• Comfort with sales technology tools and CRM platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the food, retail, or technology industry is a plus
