Role Overview

The Account Executive is responsible for identifying, securing, and renewing national/international sales opportunities for events and experiential activations with agency partners, associations, and corporate partners. The role involves crafting mutually beneficial long-term collaborations, preparing and negotiating complex contracts, and providing excellent customer service.

What You Will Do

Identify and secure new business, foster strong relationships with clients, formulate and implement action plans, prepare responses to requests for proposals, lead client presentations, plan and estimate event costs, negotiate favorable contract terms, and maintain accurate data in Salesforce and TEAMONE.

Requirements

  • 5+ years working in sales and/or business development in AV and/or Event Production
  • Familiarity with core production equipment
  • Project management experience
  • History of preparing and interpreting financial reports
  • OSHA 30 card (Preferred)
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
