Role Overview
The Executive, Finance Operations is responsible for executing day-to-day transactional and operational finance activities accurately and on a timely basis, while ensuring compliance with internal controls, policies and service level commitments.
What You Will Do
The role supports Accounts Payable (AP), Travel & Expense (T&E), Intercompany Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting, Lease Accounting, Bank Reconciliation, Oracle master data maintenance and Finance Query Management.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- Experience in finance operations, transactional finance processes and service delivery within a shared services or high-volume operations environment, with 1–3 years of relevant finance operations experience
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle, Coupa, Workday, OneStream or equivalent
- Strong service delivery mindset with accountability for meeting assigned SLAs, stakeholder outcomes and operational quality expectations
- Strong understanding of finance operations controls, audit readiness, segregation of duties and compliance requirements
- Ability to support issue resolution across Finance, Procurement, Business Units and global finance teams
