Manager, Finance Operations

Role Overview

The Manager, Finance Operations is responsible for managing day-to-day transactional and operational finance services, ensuring accurate service delivery, effective internal controls, process standardization and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

Manage the day-to-day operations of Finance Operations activities and support team execution, ensuring all processes are executed accurately, efficiently and in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Experience in finance operations, transactional finance processes and service delivery within a shared services or high-volume operations environment
• Experience in team coordination, people guidance and operational performance support within a finance operations or shared services environment
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle, Coupa, Workday, OneStream or equivalent
