Senior Manager, Finance Operations

Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Finance Operations provides senior leadership and end-to-end accountability for Finance Operations service delivery across AP, Travel & Expense, Fixed Asset Accounting, Lease Accounting, Bank Reconciliation and Finance Query Management.

What You Will Do

Key roles and responsibilities include providing leadership across Finance Operations, owning end-to-end service performance, establishing operational governance forums, and acting as a senior escalation point for complex operational issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CIMA, CA or equivalent
• Minimum 10–12 years of relevant experience in finance operations, shared services, accounting operations or controllership support
• At least 5 years of people leadership experience, including leading managers or senior team leads
• Proven experience owning service delivery outcomes, operational governance, complex escalations, audit readiness, risk mitigation and stakeholder management in a high-volume environment
