Role Overview
Collaborate with business partners to create high-quality analysis, reports, project support, and presentations for process department enhancements. Play an important role in shaping Talent Management practices and procedures.
What You Will Do
Analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns in recruitment and retention. Prepare reports of data results with visuals, identifying key trends and insights, presenting, and explaining findings to leadership.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in analytical/project support role
- Strong quantitative, data visualization, and project management skills
- Statistical skills using Microsoft Excel to analyze and organize data
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge including complex formulas and pivot tables
- Ability to speak/read/write in English
