Role Overview
The Senior Product Marketing Manager is an expert-level individual contributor responsible for shaping go-to-market strategy, market positioning, and commercial growth across Q2’s Commercial Digital Banking, Treasury Management, and Payments solutions.

This role requires a unique combination of deep commercial banking domain expertise and advanced product marketing leadership. The ideal candidate understands the evolving needs of banks, credit unions, and their commercial customers, including business banking, treasury operations, cash management, payments modernization, and the technologies transforming how financial institutions serve commercial clients.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field
- minimum of 12 years of relevant professional experience
- significant experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or commercial banking technology
- demonstrated commercial banking domain expertise
- working knowledge of commercial banking products and services
- proven ability to translate complex banking technologies and financial workflows into differentiated market positioning
- experience developing and executing GTM strategies for complex B2B technology products
- understanding of financial institution buying processes, commercial banking decision-makers, and the relationship between technology investments, operational efficiency, deposit growth, and revenue generation
