Role Overview
Responsible for growing organic search traffic across Redfin Rentals, Rent.com, and Apartment Guide. You’ll identify, prioritize, and deliver SEO opportunities across all three properties, working closely with engineering, product counterparts, analytics, marketing, and other partners to improve organic search performance and take market share from competitors.
What You Will Do
Translate opportunities into clear requirements for engineering, and partner with them from discovery through measurement. Drive SEO initiatives beyond on-site product work, including internal linking and digital PR.

Requirements
- 5+ years of technical and product-led SEO expertise
- Strong data fluency – comfortable writing SQL independently to investigate performance and surface opportunities
- Proven experience translating product/SEO requirements into engineering-ready stories and acceptance criteria
- Strong stakeholder management, including with senior and executive leaders, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams across product, engineering, analytics, and marketing
