We are looking for an Account Manager to strengthen our team, particularly in technical onboarding of our B2B customers (hospitals). You will ensure that new hospitals start successfully with our platform and coordinate internal teams and accompany customers step by step until Go-Live.
Requirements
- Very strong technical understanding
- First experience in project management
- Ability to explain technical content in an understandable way
- Customer orientation, empathy and fun in making digital solutions in healthcare successful
- Structured work approach, high independence, ownership mindset
- Strong communication skills in German (C1+) and good English skills for internal communication
