Role Overview
The Global Marketing Technology & AI Lead will develop the platforms, capabilities, and governance required for a future-ready W&R Marketing & Communications organization. The role involves leading the Marketing Technology roadmap, ensuring Rabobank’s expertise is visible and discoverable across owned channels, search engines, and AI-powered environments. The Global Marketing Technology & AI Lead will partner with global and regional teams to improve discoverability, platform adoption, and marketing effectiveness.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Global Marketing Technology & AI Lead include building digital authority, leading the Marketing Technology roadmap, and enabling global adoption. This involves translating marketing priorities into a coherent roadmap of platforms and capabilities, owning marketing requirements for Rabobank.com and Bynder, and prioritizing roadmaps, backlogs, investments, and suppliers.

Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in Marketing Technology, digital product management, digital platforms, or marketing transformation.
- Experience modernising digital platforms or simplifying fragmented technology environments.
- Experience leading the adoption of new marketing technologies at scale.
- Experience owning a technology or product roadmap.
- A strong understanding of digital visibility, search engine optimisation, and AI-powered discoverability.
- Experience with content management systems, digital asset management platforms, or digital experience platforms.
- Strong product management and prioritisation skills.
- Experience working across Marketing, Technology, Data, and business teams.
- The ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.
- Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills.
- Experience using data and performance insights to drive decision-making and optimisation.
- The confidence to challenge priorities and drive delivery globally.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch.
- Experience with Bynder or a comparable digital asset management platform is an advantage.

- Gross monthly salary between € 5.994 and € 8.563 (scale 10).
