Outside Sales Manager – Farmersville, Tulare, Porterville

Role Overview

The Outside Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving company revenue and achieving annual goals and objectives. They will manage both inside and outside sales associates, collaborating with them to maximize sales opportunities across the California market.

What You Will Do

The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales teams, providing direction and feedback, and communicating sales details and information to the Senior Sales Manager. They will also lead by example, instilling trust and confidence in the sales team to drive their success.

Requirements

• Eligibility for US Employment without sponsorship
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent, one to three to five years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred
• A valid driver’s license, subject to successful verification through a DMV check, is mandatory
• Advanced negotiation and account management capabilities driving sustained revenue growth
• Experienced in coaching and developing sales professionals to improve performance and retention
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• The ability to effectively communicate in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension, as necessary for effective job performance and workplace communication
• Bilingual communication skills are considered a plus, particularly when serving diverse communities
