The Financial Planning and Analysis Officer plays a critical role in supporting organizational decision-making through robust financial planning, analysis, and reporting. The role includes preparing budgets and forecasts, analyzing financial performance, developing management reports and dashboards, and serving as a finance business partner to program and operational teams.
Requirements
- Prepare, maintain, and monitor annual operating budgets, forecasts, and midterm budget revisions
- Conduct monthly financial reviews, analyzing actuals versus budget and forecast, and providing clear variance explanations
- Develop financial models to support management decisions, including cost projections, resource allocation, and funding scenarios
- Serve as a finance business partner to non-finance stakeholders, translating complex financial information into clear, actionable insights
