GTM Senior Business Systems Analyst, Pre-Sales

Role Overview

The role involves working directly with Sales, Account Management, Partnerships, and Product teams to execute mission-critical business systems projects across the organization. The successful candidate will be uniquely positioned to impact the full picture of Ramp’s growth efforts through systems development.

What You Will Do

The candidate will own top of funnel GTM systems, run HubSpot as a system, keep HubSpot and Salesforce in agreement, build and deploy the Salesforce automation behind it, and prioritize incoming requests against ROI.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in business systems, marketing operations, or revenue operations at a fast-paced company, with deep hands-on HubSpot experience and Salesforce Admin certification or equivalent hands-on experience.

• Funnel definitions owned in practice
• A habit of framing problems rather than waiting for a spec
