About the Role

Ramp is looking for a Lead Product Marketing Manager to develop canonical messaging, drive audience insights, and increase awareness, activation, and adoption of Ramp’s products and capabilities.

As a strategic storyteller, you will identify opportunities to create market-making moments and bring together Growth and Sales to build compelling campaigns that drive consideration and differentiation in the market. As the voice of the customer, you will partner with Product across the entire product lifecycle – from shaping what’s built, launching and commercializing, and growing adoption.

We’re seeking someone who has done it before – launched products at speed and scale, crafted resonant narratives that stand out, and successfully led highly integrated campaigns. Market-intelligent, competitor-aware, and customer-obsessed, this candidate will bring strategy, craft, and rigor to the team and Ramp at large.

What You’ll Do

  • Craft compelling product narratives, differentiated positioning, and resonant messaging
  • Weave together market dynamics, customer needs, and products to create comprehensive go-to-market strategies
  • Drive well-executed product launches and marketing moments to generate sales pipeline and grow adoption of the Ramp’s core products
  • Act as the voice of the customer; Generate customer and market insights to inform Ramp’s product strategy, and partner closely to influence the roadmap
  • Hands-on capability to create a range of marketing assets, including sales enablement, lifecycle campaigns, blogpost, event keynotes, etc.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Corporate Marketing, Education, and others to create compelling content, customer-facing assets, user stories, and more to effectively sell our products
  • Partner with the Growth and Lifecycle teams to drive awareness and adoption by crafting and executing on integrated marketing campaigns

What You Need

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in product marketing at a high tech company
  • Experience crafting compelling product positioning and messaging
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to take complex concepts and distill them into digestible, relatable, and easy-to understand writing
  • Ability to communicate a clear strategy, drive concrete deliverables, and motivate cross-functional team members with different focus areas
  • Proven track record in a fast-paced environment, ability to drive clarity and decisions, and organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively

Compensation

  • The annual salary/OTE range for the target level for this role is $178,500 – $210,000 + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)
