Role Overview

The Learning Enablement Manager works as a core member of the APAC Learning Squad, partnering with HR/Talent Integration Partners as required. The role will enable execution of Learning initiatives for APAC cross-platform business teams through effective implementation of agile frameworks to remove impediments and foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivery of high-quality solutions.

What You Will Do

As Enablement Manager, you will enable Learning Studio (agile lite squads) to mobilize into Agile routines to get learning outcomes completed faster with higher quality using continuous input and cross functional inputs (learning and business teams). You will also track project timeline metrics, forecast trends, progress reporting to meet end date commitments, and measure squad velocity.

To succeed in this role, you must have 4 to 7 years of professional experience working in Agile environments and understanding of skillset and mindset of agile principles, with Learning Enablement Manager/Scrum Master experience. You should be able to educate and coach on Agile ways of working to continuously improve squad performance and have experience in learning co-ordination, as well as Learning Management Systems (such as Workday).
