Senior Revenue Operations Specialist

Role Overview

The Senior Revenue Operations Specialist is the internal owner of RCX Sports’ Salesforce environment and a key partner across Sales/Growth, League Success, Marketing, Technology, Customer Service, Finance, and Analytics. This role leads the transition of revenue operations work from external vendors to internal ownership, manages Salesforce administration and governance, improves data integrity, and builds the processes and automations that support sustainable participation and revenue growth.

What You Will Do

Serve as RCX Sports’ internal Salesforce administrator and system owner, manage the Salesforce request queue, build and test changes in sandbox environments, lead the transition of revenue operations work from external vendors, manage user provisioning and deprovisioning, improve Salesforce data integrity, and own the mapping and maintenance of data flowing into Salesforce.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, Salesforce administration, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience serving as the primary owner of a Salesforce environment
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow, validation rules, custom objects, permission sets, reports, and dashboards
• Demonstrated experience improving data integrity through deduplication, record hygiene, field standardization, and reconciliation across systems
• Experience managing Salesforce integrations with external systems and partnering with technical teams on APIs, middleware, and data mapping
• Working knowledge of email and SMS consent requirements, including CAN-SPAM and TCPA, and sound judgment when handling personal data
• Strong documentation, organization, and project-management skills
• Ability to explain technical decisions clearly to non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into scalable system solutions
