The company is seeking a highly experienced mechanical engineering professional to lead technical solution development for complex industrial product development and custom automation opportunities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in industrial equipment, automation integration, or engineering consulting services
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
- Proven experience preparing technical quotations and proposals
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and system requirements
- Ability to balance mechanical, controls, manufacturing, and operational considerations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a consultative approach
- Comfort presenting to and influencing customer decision-makers
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
