We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of Territory Managers in the North UK region, responsible for delivering commercial performance across independent pharmacies. The role ensures execution of Reckitt’s OTC healthcare strategy and drives distribution, visibility, and advocacy for key brands.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing field-based sales teams in FMCG, OTC, or healthcare sectors.
- Strong knowledge of the UK pharmacy landscape desirable, ideally within independent pharmacy.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance through coaching and strategic territory management.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder-engagement skills.
- Strong analytical capability with proficiency in interpreting commercial data.
- Highly organised, resilient, and able to lead through change.
