Role Overview
The Manager, Global Billing Operations will lead and scale billing processes across a global customer base, overseeing collections and ensuring efficient cash realization. The role requires a balance of hands-on operational execution, strong judgement, and process ownership, with a focus on automation, continuous improvement, and cross-functional alignment.
What You Will Do
The Manager, Global Billing Operations will own global billing operations, manage the end-to-end invoicing lifecycle, ensure alignment across Salesforce, contract terms, and NetSuite, and lead collections processes.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in billing operations or finance operations, preferably in SaaS or technology
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Strong Order to Cash experience
- Strong experience with NetSuite and Salesforce
- Deep understanding of billing processes, invoicing structures, and collections workflows
- Experience operating in a high-growth, complex deal environment
- Experience with automation, AI, or process improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
