The role is integral to maintaining high-level client relationship standards, overseeing client instructions, managing documentation, and driving servicing activities with precision.
What You Will Do
Serve as the main coordination point between clients, financial advisors, and service providers to support clear communication and professional service delivery. Support client onboarding, new business processing, and ongoing client servicing by processing instructions and documentation from start to finish.

Requirements
- Strong computer literacy
- High level of accuracy, diligence, and organizational ability
- Professional communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and operate under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- High level of honesty and integrity
- Previous experience in financial planning, investments, insurance, or a related financial services environment
- Previous experience supporting financial advisors and managing client instructions
- A relevant administrative, financial services, or business qualification is preferred
- Working knowledge in the following software systems would be advantageous: Microsoft office, electronic signature platforms, CMR, Astute, nCino, or similar
