Role Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the company’s retail business across the UAE market, with a strong focus on household goods trading. The role requires an experienced sales professional with proven relationships across major retail accounts.
What You Will Do
Manage and grow relationships with key retail accounts, handle A-Class and B-Class retail customers, develop and execute strategic sales plans, and negotiate commercial agreements.

Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant sales experience
- Proven experience managing UAE retail accounts

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Good understanding of commercial agreements, retail trading terms, promotions, pricing, and account planning
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Strong business acumen and target-driven mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
