The Sales Operations Coordinator supports the sales organization, providing daily operational support, entering and maintaining accurate customer data, and coordinating pricing requests.
Requirements
- Provide daily operational support to Inside Sales Account Managers
- Enter and maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and order data in RADAR
- Build and prepare sales quotes based on approved pricing, terms, and product configurations
- Request pricing from internal stakeholders and vendors as needed
- Track pricing approvals and ensure quotes reflect the most current and accurate information
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and other internal teams to resolve pricing or data discrepancies
- Review quotes for completeness and accuracy prior to delivery to customers
- Maintain organized records of quotes, pricing requests, and approvals
- Assist with process improvements related to quoting, pricing, and data accuracy
- Support a dedicated customer account list aligned with an Account Team.
- Interpret information from various sources to support strategic decisions regarding product sourcing, product configurations, and basic competitive pricing analysis.
- Present Red River’s core capabilities via phone or e-mail communication.
