Role Overview

Senior Data Analysts collect, process, and analyze large datasets to provide valuable insights and support informed decision-making for clients. They collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What You Will Do

Perform data extraction and modeling, support KPI definition, work on dashboard development and maintenance, and conduct data analysis to build solutions and validate hypotheses.

Requirements

• Experience in analytics and business intelligence projects

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong data visualization practices with relevant tools
• Proficiency in database management (relational or non-relational)
• Advanced knowledge in SQL, Python, or R
• Ability to clean, prepare, and analyze big data (structured and unstructured)
• Exploratory, qualitative, and quantitative analysis skills
• Experience with research techniques and satisfaction indicators
• Ability to identify patterns, actionable insights, and relationships in data
