Role Overview

As an Account Manager – Publishers (Brazil), you will manage and grow relationships with premium Portuguese-speaking publishers, acting as their main point of contact and trusted advisor. Your focus is to ensure strong performance, high satisfaction, and long-term retention by combining relationship management, performance optimization, and proactive support.

What You Will Do

Manage and grow relationships with premium publisher accounts in Brazil, monitor and analyze performance metrics, take ownership of publisher issues, and develop a strong understanding of the publisher monetization ecosystem and platform technology.

Requirements

  • Native Brazilian Portuguese (mandatory); medium to high proficiency in English.
  • 2–3 years of experience in AdTech, digital advertising, or publishing.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience setting up campaigns in ad servers (e.g. Google Ad Manager).
  • Strong relationship management skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, actionable way.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using dashboards and performance reports.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
