Role Overview
This is an early-career opportunity to join Refinery89’s AdTech Partnerships team, supporting the commercial growth and performance of demand partner network. The role involves building relationships with demand partners, driving revenue growth, and improving partner performance across a network of 800+ websites.
What You Will Do
Build and maintain relationships with demand partners, onboard and implement new partners, identify growth opportunities, and monitor partner performance. Analyze data to identify revenue trends and opportunities, and coordinate with technical teams to troubleshoot issues.

Requirements
- Up to ~2 years of work experience in digital media, adtech, online advertising, account management, partner management, ad ops or a commercially focused operations role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to turn data into insights and insights into commercial opportunities
- Good working knowledge of Excel
- Very high level of English
- Clear commercial mindset and genuine interest in technology, digital advertising and online monetisation
- Confident communicator who can engage with partners and move conversations towards action and results
- Strong attention to detail, ownership and a proactive, autonomous way of working
