Role Overview
The HRIS & People Operations Partner is responsible for the administration, optimization, and ongoing support of ReFocus Eye Health’s Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Paylocity, while driving operational excellence across the People Team.
What You Will Do
Serve as the primary administrator for Paylocity and related People Team systems, manage system configuration, workflows, user access, security roles, and organizational structure updates, and ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across HR systems.

Requirements
- Must live in Northeast or mid-Atlantic
- Must have Paylocity experience
- Must have Paylocity integrations experience
- Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, healthcare preferred
