Join RefrigiWear as a Regional Sales Director to drive growth and manage strategic customer relationships across the Georgia territory. What You Will Do
Serve as a trusted partner to regional and national accounts, helping customers protect their teams with industry-leading cold-weather PPE while uncovering new opportunities for expansion. Manage leads and account-based opportunities through the full sales cycle, ensuring timely follow-up and complete documentation in CRM systems.

Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of direct B2B sales experience, preferably in PPE, industrial products, or selling into food processing, warehousing, or cold-chain industries.
- Must currently reside within or be able to support the assigned territory (Georgia).
- Strong relationship-builder with exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Proven track record of new business development and territory growth.
- Ability to increase wallet share and expand product category penetration.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and skilled at managing multiple accounts and priorities.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and account planning.
