Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to be the primary champion for our customers, ensuring they feel supported, valued, and empowered throughout their verification journey with Regenified.
What You Will Do
Own the customer relationship, guide the verification experience, build the engine for scale, empower through onboarding, and be the voice of the customer.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a customer-facing support role
