Role Overview
Join Relay’s Performance Marketing team to own the company’s incentive-driven growth, running and scaling publisher and affiliate channels, building a referral program, and designing offers and payouts.
What You Will Do
Own Relay’s publisher channel, scale and diversify it, take over incentivized offers, run key promotional campaigns, and be the source of truth on incentive economics.

- delivered programs through other people
- built within a regulated industry before
- built tools or workflows with AI
- designed incentives for established, higher-value business customers
