We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients across Spain and Portugal.
Requirements
- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customers across Spain and Portugal;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and executive sponsors;
- Conduct regular customer engagement meetings, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Executive Business Reviews;
- Develop and maintain account plans, governance frameworks, and stakeholder maps;
- Drive customer retention and renewal success;
- Identify, qualify, and manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities;
- Support customers in maximizing adoption and utilization of our solutions;
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast within Salesforce;
- Ensure all customer activities, opportunities, and account updates are accurately maintained in Salesforce;
- Partner with internal teams to support contract renewals, onboarding activities, and issue resolution;
- Monitor account health and proactively manage risks to customer satisfaction and retention;
- Work closely with Solution Consultants, Professional Services, Market Planning, Support, Product, and Sales teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience;
- Act as the voice of the customer by sharing market, competitive, and customer insights with internal stakeholders;
- Contribute to strategic planning and account development initiatives across the region;
