Role Overview
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving hotel revenue through maximizing occupancy and rates, through a proactive commercial strategy and the development of new business opportunities. He/She will work in close collaboration with the hotel leadership team to identify new clients, strengthen commercial relationships, and position Hotel Costa Sur within its target markets.
What You Will Do
Generate new business opportunities through commercial visits, client meetings, prospecting, and networking activities. Dedicate approximately 80% of the time to active sales and prospecting activities. Meet or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
