Role Overview
The Performance Marketing Executive will lead the overall performance marketing strategy across all digital channels, drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through data-driven decisions, and manage and optimize SEM, PPC, display, and paid social campaigns to maximize ROI.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include planning, executing, and scaling campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and other paid platforms, building and managing full-funnel marketing strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and continuously optimizing CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in performance marketing / growth marketing, a proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns, and strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing / growth marketing
- Proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns and scaling brands
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools (GA4, etc.)
- Deep understanding of D2C / e-commerce performance marketing
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
