Role Overview

The Data Analyst plays a key role in enabling data-driven decision making across ResMed’s Global Distribution, Logistics & Trade organization. This role supports stakeholders across ResMed’s global supply chain network and partners with teams across multiple regions and geographies.

Partner with global supply chain stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions. Develop dashboards, reporting solutions, performance metrics, and analytical insights that help teams make better business decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, operations analytics, supply chain analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience querying and analyzing large datasets.
  • Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau and/or Power BI.
  • Demonstrated AI literacy, including the ability to effectively use AI-powered tools to enhance data analysis, reporting, problem solving, productivity, and decision making.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions and actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities with the capability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively within a global, cross-functional environment.
  • Willingness and flexibility to support stakeholders across global time zones, including occasional participation in meetings outside traditional local business hours when required.
