Business Development Representative

Restoration Pros and 1-Tom-Plumber are looking for a Business Development Representative to represent both companies in the field. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of proven sales experience and be able to build relationships with clients. The position offers a base salary of $50,000 to $55,000, uncapped commission, and a take-home company vehicle for business use.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of proven sales experience in a business development or outside sales role
• Ability to build relationships that people actually want to maintain
• Self-motivated and able to manage their own pipeline
• Experience with a CRM (HubSpot)
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
