RETS Associates is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the CIO in evaluating and executing new developments, acquisitions, and investment initiatives. The role offers exposure across the full real estate investment lifecycle and requires strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Requirements
- Build and maintain complex financial models
- Analyze capital calls, project cash positions, and support financial operations and forecasting
- Perform underwriting, valuation, and detailed cash flow analysis across investment opportunities
- Support both capital markets and disposition efforts
- Prepare detailed investment materials
- Create clear, investor-ready presentations
- Assist with due diligence, legal document review, and closing processes
