Sales Operations Manager

Our Client

An established FMCG organisation, with a regional presence is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to lead its van sales & customer service functions. This role has a Regional Scope covering Singapore & Malaysia alongside some export markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales Administration team and oversee order processing, invoicing, delivery coordination, customer enquiries and documentation
• Ensure order accuracy, strong on-time-in-full performance and prompt resolution of delivery exceptions
• Oversee daily van sales operations, including route planning, outlet coverage, stock controls, fleet readiness and field execution
• Manage customer and distributor service-level performance across Singapore, Malaysia and other ASEAN markets
• Oversee export order processing, shipping documentation and coordination with warehouse and logistics partners

Requirements

• Experience in Van Sales Operations within FMCG, food, beverage or another fast-moving distribution environment is a MUST
• Proven people-management experience and the ability to coordinate both office-based and field operations
• Hands-on knowledge of order fulfilment, inventory control, route operations and customer service workflows
