Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will drive profitable growth, gain market share, and create future pipeline opportunities within specific segments or product specialisms. The role is pivotal in driving sales, collaborating with branch-based teams, and creating an exceptional customer relationship and service.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include creating a strategic roadmap to increase market share, building and maintaining a pipeline of customer partnerships, creating partnerships and strategic relationships with customers, and governing regional pricing, margins, and contract profitability.

- Extensive knowledge of sales processes and techniques.
