Business Development Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at RHB Insurance Berhad, Miri Branch. In this role, you’ll support business growth and profitability through effective management of agency, RHB Group, and direct business portfolios.

What You Will Do

Support the Branch Manager in formulating and implementing marketing strategies to maximize business potential through the Agency channel. Manage and grow agency, RHB Group, and direct business portfolios to improve productivity and profitability.

Requirements

• Degree or professional qualification from an institution recognized by the Government of Malaysia
• Knowledge and/or experience in the insurance industry
• Strong analytical skills with good knowledge of insurance products and market practices
• Proven ability to achieve profitability and sales targets
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good contact network and relationship-building capabilities
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail
