Role Overview
The Assistant Sales Manager will solicit new business, handle sales opportunities, negotiate contracts, and achieve personal or departmental revenue budgets. They will maintain regular contact with corporate accounts, travel agencies, and MICE planners through sales calls, site inspections, and trade shows.
What You Will Do
The Assistant Sales Manager will produce sales forecasts, track pipeline metrics, and maintain accurate records in hotel customer relationship management (CRM) systems. They will also coordinate with the front office, banquets, and revenue management teams to ensure smooth service delivery and accurate booking turnovers.

Requirements
