Product Operations Analyst

Role Overview

Support the growth and scaling of Ripple’s diverse product offerings by managing operational support activities, developing and managing processes, and ensuring alignment with the risk management framework.

What You Will Do

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely settlement of funds, reconcile positions and balances, and understand risks and requirements for different asset types.

Requirements

• Relevant hands-on experience in operations and settlement
• Proven experience in monitoring venues and systems in real-time
• High attention to detail with the ability to problem-solve and remain organised
• Dedicated with a passion for efficiency and continuous improvement
• Experience with implementing off-the-shelf and in-house solutions
• Broad understanding of markets and instruments
• Familiarity with generally accepted accounting principles
• Experience with SQL and crafting queries for daily operations
• Experience with Agentic tools, ideally Claude or similar
