Senior Director, Martech Product Management

Role Overview

The Senior Director, Martech Product Management will own two business outcomes: maximize student and partner outcomes across the student journey, and a faster, lower-cost marketing operation that can scale across a complex multi-brand, multi-tenant ecosystem.

What You Will Do

The role will involve owning the problem, not a queue of requests, deciding what gets built and why, and being accountable for the results. The Senior Director will lead a team of product managers and work closely with Marketing, Data and Engineering leaders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience
• Broad, hands-on expertise across digital marketing
• A track record of improving conversion and funnel performance through product and platform work
• Deep working knowledge of MarTech platforms
• Experience leading and developing a team of product managers/owners
• Strong problem-solving skills
