Role Overview
As a People Operations Trainee, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with current labor legislation in Chile and maintaining up-to-date documentation for our team. You will provide vital support in the management of medical licenses and actively participate in strategic projects aimed at digitalization and continuous improvement.
What You Will Do
Ensure compliance with the Labor Modernization Law (DT) by timely loading digital documents and validating contracts. Participate in internal legal audit projects to identify gaps and ensure strict compliance with the Chilean Labor Code. Contribute to the implementation and administration of the assistance system, validating monthly overtime hours and ensuring the validity of agreements with the DT.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You have a University Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Labor Law or a related field. You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, legal compliance, document management or personnel administration areas. You have an advanced level of English.
