We are currently looking for a proactive and results-driven Commercial Performance & Analytics Manager to join our team in Bucharest, within Rompetrol Downstream. The role focuses on measuring, analyzing, and interpreting sales performance using data from internal systems, with the objective of supporting management decisions through clear KPIs, structured analyses, and executive-level reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in commercial analytics, sales performance analysis, financial modeling, or sales operations.
- Strong experience working with financial models, KPIs, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Advanced analytical mindset, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
- Experience preparing executive‐level presentations and performance reviews.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools, CRM, or ERP systems is a strong advantage.
- Very good command of English.
