Role Overview

As a National Key Account Manager at RS Sweden, you will take ownership of a portfolio of our largest national customers. Your mission will be to drive long-term growth by creating and executing strategic account plans and positioning RS as a trusted partner across multiple sites and stakeholders.

What You Will Do

Manage a portfolio of strategic national accounts, focusing on long-term development. Create and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue, margin, and customer loyalty. Build strong face-to-face relationships with key stakeholders across customer organisations.

Requirements

  • Strong background in solution selling, understanding customer challenges and offering tailored solutions
  • Experience in a field-based role with regular travel and face-to-face customer engagement
  • Ability to create and execute strategic account development plans
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience in negotiations and complex sales cycles
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including working with senior decision-makers
  • Fluent in Swedish and confident in English
